Petition to request impeachment investigation
of
Federal Judge Jennifer Coffman
Dear Congressman/Congresswoman:
As a concerned citizen with a deep love for our country, I was
very saddened with the ruling made by Federal Judge Jennifer Coffman
of Kentucky regarding the banning of documents with religious
connotation from government offices; therefore, I am asking Congress
to exercise their power and responsibility to vote to begin an
Impeachment Inquiry ... and I need your help!
I request that you begin an impeachment investigation to remove
Federal Judge Jennifer Coffman of Kentucky for ABUSE of our laws
and our society, our constitution, our 1st Amendment granting
freedom of religion and freedom of speech, our 10th amendment
granting States Rights, our rights of intellectual freedom to
view and teach our history and for overextending the role of the
Judiciary into the role of our Legislature, for judicial usurpation
of our laws and the censoring of our history.
Please carry this Inquiry from the House to the Senate to remove
and impeach Federal Judge Jennifer Coffman of Kentucky because
of her May 5, 2000, order that historical documents hanging on
the walls of public buildings in Eastern Kentucky be immediately
taken down and reverse this unconstitutional ruling by legal legislation.
Judge Coffman's ruling said that these documents could not be
posted:
1. The Mayflower Compact in which the colony's founders invoke
"the name of God" and explain that their journey was
taken, among other reasons, "for the glory of God and advancement
of the Christian faith";
2. Our national motto of "In God We Trust";
3. Excerpts from our Declaration of Independence;
4. The Preamble to the Constitution of the State of Kentucky;
5. A page from the Congressional Record of Wednesday, Feb. 2,
1983, Vol. 12, No. 8, which declares 1983 as the "Year of
the Bible" and lists the Ten Commandments;
6. A proclamation by President Ronald Reagan marking 1983 the
"Year of the Bible";
7. A proclamation by President Abraham Lincoln designating April
30, 1863 as a "National Day of Prayer and Humiliation";
8. An excerpt from President Lincoln's "Reply to Loyal Colored
People of Baltimore upon Presentation a a Bible reading, "The
Bible is the best gift God has ever given to man.";
For historical and legal reasons and for the preservation of our
beloved United States and the favor of Almighty God whom
we choose to honor by our allegiance and gratitude to Him for
His favor upon our nation and our people, we make this request
and appeal to our Congress to remove this law-breaking federal
judge.
Patriotically, prayerfully, for the Glory of God, and to Save
America ... We must all do all we can to restore the 1st and 10th
Amendments of our Bill of Rights, Religious Freedoms and our States
Rights!
