GOD BLESS AMERICA ACT
"Whereas we want all posterity to know that our nation honors
Almighty God, Who is Our Creator, Protector and Sustainer, through
previous laws that require our money to say, "In God We Trust"
and our pledge of allegiance to state, "one nation, under
God" and our 1st Amendment, we hereby reaffirm & clarify
the liberty of our people to worship God in a manner to which
they choose, in places where they choose both public and private,
to use, quote, teach, post the Bible, The Ten Commandments, in
both public and private, to use, teach & quote the Bible in
all schools both public, charter and private, in graduation ceremonies,
in public assemblies, in any assembly of groups or individually
and in court houses and court rooms.
Nothing in our Constitution or Bill of Rights shall be construed
to prohibit individual or group prayer, the reading or the posting
of the Bible or Bible passages or Christian symbolism by or initiated
by students, teachers, employees, officials, volunteers or anyone
in or on public schools, in or on any other public institution,
building, park, court interior or exterior or in or on any public
property or in or on any private property at owner’s choice
or in or on any commercial business at proprietor’s choice
or by any individual at home, work, school or play or to allow
hostility toward the Christian religion upon which we were founded.
This is a Christian nation as proclaimed by our 1892 Supreme
Court.
We hereby enact this law to explain, reaffirm, clarify and implement
the Original Intent of our Founders, our 1st Amendment and to
reverse any contrary court rulings."
