WHY CHIEF JUSTICE ROY MOORE
MUST BE REINSTATED
WHY IT IS LEGAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE GOD

Since our Declaration of Independence, our Bill of Rights, our money, our
national motto, our national anthemn, statuary all over our capitol and all
fifty of our states in their constitutions/preambles acknowledge God it is more
than a little strange & definitely illegal and unconstitutional that the JIC
(Judicial Inquiry Commission) removed Chief Justice Roy Moore from his elected office as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama on Nov. 13, 2003. They did so because Judge Moore acknowledged God. Why did the JIC not allow cameras inside the court room until the next day when they announced their "verdict"? Why did the JIC think they had a right to make the trial a secret from the bulk of the public and the media by not allowing cameras and by holding the inquiry in such a small place when a larger place and cameras were requested by Chief Justice Roy Moore & his attorneys? Why did they think they had a right to have a kangaroo court to try to enforce an illegal ruling? Since according to our 1st Amendment Congress can make no law respecting an establishment of religion nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof there is definitely no law prohibiting a state Chief Justice or anyone else from acknowledging God. Since there is no law then Judge Moore nor anyone else could break no law about acknowledging God. Since there is no law, no law can be broken. It's so simple and so obvious. Since there can be no law against it as stated in our First Amendment, our government and public schools CAN post the Ten Commandments, pray and read the Bible. Anyone who says otherwise is breaking the law.

A federal, state, local or any other judge who forbids the acknowledgment of
God or the posting of the Ten Commandments is breaking the law. Even our US Supreme Court broke the law when in 1980 they said schools can't post the Ten Commandments. Why did we allow our high court to brake the law? Why do we tolerate this violation of our Constitution? There is no separation of church and state even mentioned in our US Constitution. Why do we believe this lie? Why do we let judges who break the law control us? The Communists once said that if you tell a lie long enough the people will believe it. Have we believed the lie long enough? Why has Congress done nothing about this?

This travesty of justice and violation of our First Amendment needs to be
repaired and Chief Justice Roy Moore must be re-instated into his legal and
lawfully elected office. To acknowledge God is not breaking the law nor
unconstitutional. What is a violation of the rule of law is the ruling from Federal Judge Myron Thompson demanding that Judge Moore not acknowledge God nor have a monument which acknowledges God and tops it with the Ten Commandments. To top that off is the unethical, illegal and unconstitutionality of Attorney General of Alabama, Bill Pryor, and the JIC removing Judge Moore from office over his legal acknowledgment of God. Will the public continue to tolerate this illegal persecution of someone who acknowledges God? Who will be next to be told they can't acknowledge God? Will they eventually come after the churches? Will they finally come for you?

Will we tolerate the 9th Circuit Court saying we can't say, "under God" in
our pledge?

What will the enemies of our nation attack next? Our money saying, "In God
We Trust? To help inform you as to what is legal I've enclosed here our First

I hope that after reading this that you take legal action to do all in your
power to see that Honorable Chief Justice Roy Moore is reinstated to his
rightful, legally elected office. I hope you ask God what you should do and then do it.
